AGS – Agriculture Global Solutions OÜ, through its platform AgriGlobalTalent, provides recruitment, headhunting, and talent acquisition services in the agricultural sector. 3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including advance payments or installment arrangements, will be specified in individual contracts. Accepted payment methods are defined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Delivery of Services
Delivery terms, including method and timeline, will be agreed upon in individual contracts. We commit to delivering services as per the agreed scope and schedule.

5. Cancellation and Termination

6. Liability
Liability for intentional misconduct and gross negligence cannot be excluded under German law. Any further limitations on liability or exclusions will be defined in each contract. No guarantee is given beyond what is explicitly stated.

Parties agree to maintain confidentiality. Confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may be incorporated into service contracts.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during service delivery remains the property of AGS – Agriculture Global Solutions OÜ unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution
For business clients, Estonian law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Estonia.
For consumers within the EU, the laws of their country of residence apply, and mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

10. Amendments
AGS – Agriculture Global Solutions OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website. Clients and users will be informed of significant updates via email.

11. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Leistungsumfang

3. Zahlungsbedingungen

7. Vertraulichkeit
Beide Parteien verpflichten sich zur Vertraulichkeit. Ergänzende Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen können Bestandteil individueller Verträge sein.

8. Geistiges Eigentum
Alle im Rahmen der Leistungen entstandenen geistigen Eigentumsrechte verbleiben bei AGS – Agriculture Global Solutions OÜ, sofern nicht vertraglich anders geregelt.

9. Streitbeilegung
Für Geschäftskunden gilt estnisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Estland.
Für Verbraucher innerhalb der EU gilt das Recht ihres Wohnsitzlandes. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte bleiben hiervon unberührt.

10. Änderungen
AGS – Agriculture Global Solutions OÜ behält sich das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Änderungen werden auf der Website veröffentlicht. Wesentliche Änderungen werden den Kunden und Nutzern per E-Mail mitgeteilt.
